OK, here is how this thing works.

You will open the index at the bottom of this message and  see a list of titles grouped by category.  Click on the one you want to look at and the document opens up in your browser window.  You can either jump to the section you want by clicking on the pages in the index of the document or read it page by page by clicking on the arrow at the bottom of each page once you are through reading it. Some documents are in pdf format and you can treat them as any other pdf document.  Please be sure to contact us if you have any difficulties opening any of the documents and please let us know what you think of this resource and by all means tell your friends!!.
