NOTICE!!! I by no means am endorsing the illegal production of alcohol and in no way am suggesting producing it for any other purpose than for fuel. I personally believe alcohol fuel is a viable, if not desired, alternative to the use of charcoal as a cooking fuel in developing nations. It is clean burning, easily made, reduces deforestation, is a time and labor saver and improves air quality in the home (it produces very little, if any, soot or Carbon Monoxide). This is very important, as a primary killer of women and girls in developing countries is respiratory disease from inhaling soot while cooking with charcoal. |
